Description
Honeybush is a delicious aromatic tea.
Honeybush gets its name because the flowers of this shrub give off a light honey scent when in bloom. This scent settles on the sticks and gives the tea its mild honey taste, without overpowering it.
Like Rooibos and Buchu, the Honeybush grows in the Fynbos, a botanical region in South Africa. The Khoi and San mainly used it for respiratory inflammation or inflammation of the intestines.
Green Honeybush is packed with antioxidants Unlike the regular Honeybush, the green Honeybush is not fermented, so it retains the antioxidants better. Honeybusch can be drunk in the evening without any problems. It is even recommended for sleeping problems, PMS or if you feel restless.
